The inputs above are the neutral reference preparation this site uses everywhere the calculator appears: a 5 mg vial, 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, and a 250 mcg target amount. They are not a property of Liraglutide and not an amount anyone should draw — they exist so the arithmetic is visible before you change anything.

  1. Concentration. 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL (2,500 mcg/mL), which for Liraglutide is approximately 0.6665 mM at its stated molecular weight.
